All the raw material are tested in our lab, semi finished mixing rubber, mixed rubber and rubber sheet before vulcanization are all tested according to the process QC manuals. Finished products are all inspected and checked before packing and shipment.  we had equipped expense advanced lab instruments and staff in our test center, such as  gas chromatography–mass spectrometry, heat aging test boxes, digital chemical analysis instrument, abrasion tester, automatic physical test machine and UV, Ozone testing boxes. we trained and equipped specialist to perform the tests ever day and kept records in our production.

We　provide our clients test reports of purchase orders when needed. for over twenty years of business development, we had performed rubber tests according to GB，ISO，JIS，MIL，ASTM，BS，DIN，EN test methods by the request of our clients.
