• Skirtboard, Pulley Laggings

Pulley Laggings, with specially developed rubber materials and their patterned surfaces have proved to be very effective in water shedding, preventing material build up and controlling belt slippage. This rubber Pulley laggings also can be produced with CN bonding layers to support fast and easy installtion.

Rubber Strip Lagging :

Diamond Pattern Lagging : Ideal for small diameter pulleys on systems with black conveyor belt. It prevents belt from slippage (in particular when water is present) and increase the drive traction of the pulley.   it also deflects water into lateral or diamond shaped grooves, away from pulleys.

Skirt board rubber sheeting:   a side plate to protect conveyor chains and increase the capacity of a conveyor or catch spillage or redirect it to the conveyor belt.

This product is designed for use as belt wiper or conveyor skirtboard. Skirtboard is ideal for mounting pad, flapping, sealing strips, or general construction and industrial use where abrasion resistance is imperative. It is available in all dimensions as per client's specifications.

Skirtboard also makes a great snowplow rubber cutting edge and snowplow blades are flexible and elastic, therefore absorb impact, shock, and conform easily to the road surface.
